Refund & Return Policy
All items in my shop are handmade and made to order. Because of the time, materials, and labor that go into each piece, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
The only exception is if an item arrives with shipping damage. In that case, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and item so I can assist you.
